WORKOUT SET UP:
Ascending and descending LADDER. Walking intervals are always one minute, running intervals increase by one minute up to five minutes.
Walk + Run (feel free to take the run at whatever pace works for you – maybe that's brisk walking, jogging, running or sprinting)
